Our Team
Dora Saavedra
joined the Law Office of Gali Schaham Gordon as a legal assistant in August 2008 to assist with employment and family-based immigration, as well as removal defense matters. An immigrant from Nicaragua, Dora came to the United States as a young child, settling with her family in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Dora earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of California, Davis. While at UC Davis, she volunteered with the Davis Bridge Educational Foundation, tutoring elementary students, many of whom were immigrants or the children of immigrants. Dora is fluent in both English and Spanish.
